not at all what i expected! one thing that stood out to me was the theme of rejection sensitivity dysphoria and the corresponding abandonment issues that so many people with ADHD have. it’s interesting to see that dynamic between a child and parent, and how that can, quite honestly, destroy lives.
but i also have so many unanswered questions, and i feel like there were some plot holes. i wish it was more comprehensive, but maybe those questions weren’t answered on purpose.
finally, ending on a lana song earns mad respect.
