  Oozing 90s style, James Cameron just cooks differntly. 

  The fashion, the hair. The corny old school one liners. 

  The 1 handed reloading!!! 

  This is a good old proper action movie. Incredible set pieces and a wide variety too. 

  The design of T-1000 is so sweet. So many incredible moments - his death scene - manically morphing into his previous forms in some twisted body horror version of priori incantatem. 

  Oh and the guy who plays John Connor is who I think of when people talk about twink death.

  SO glad they rereleased this for the cinema. Another favourite ticked off.

  Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace 1999

  The film does an excellent job of setting up what is essentially a new universe. We see 3 new planets, an insane amount of new characters, all the setup for the anakin rise and fall plus a nice self contained political story showcasing Palp’s machiavellian political thread pulling. I fully disagree with criticism that the plot is bad.
