From Beginning to End 2009
is it based on The carnivorous lamb by Agustín Gómez-Arcos? I read the book a while ago and some of themes are definitely similar to the ones in the movie. The book is way more sad and realistic when you think about the time period but the movie seems to be an idyllic and modern version of the book where nothing bad happens, the parents don’t seem to care about the tension between the 2 brothers and the world around them doesn’t really matter.
