Melodic rythms provide a glimpse into the soul, the manifestation of one's emotions and decisions. It's poetic quality portrays the willingness to move on from your abyss as each clutches to one another. It may be impossible to truly change the world but to alter ourselves with someone beside us proves a little less difficult.
It is interesting to see many of these reviews attack the 'cis' and 'racist' lauders of this film.
This is hardly a musical in the traditional sense, and I appreciate that much more.
