so much passion and care in this movie. i can tell how much this story means to luca by the attention to detail he gives every scene and interaction between lee and allerton. although this isn’t my favorite guadagnino film ever (or even of the year) i feel like there are no criticisms to be made. this movie is sad, disjoinetd, and beautiful, just like william s burroughs.
(also very sad that jason schwartzman isn’t getting his flowers for his role as guidry. i feel like he was the driving heart behind this film)
