The Electric State 2025
This seems like a film I'd watch on Corridor Crew's "VFX Artist React" and I'd get everything I needed from it.
I was with this movie for the first 40 minutes. The robots look cool! It's very cool how blended they look in with environments and backgrounds. (Though Mr. Peanut is creepy as hell.) $320 Million dollars though? Maybe I don't know how VFX costs but that's a huge amount of money. I wished the story matched the same flare…

Under the Bed 2012
It's carried by the relationship between the two brothers Neal and Paulie. I was quite invested in there bond. Kudos to both actors Jonny Weston and Gattlin Griffith for making it believable. I liked how there was no antagonism and it was just both of them trying to solve the problem of the "monster under the bed".
Unfortunately the music is way too present. It makes the horror less "horrifying". The loud deep scary sound effects are obnoxious, and some of the realistic sound effects are too loud.
Some cool shots, but not enough to make me feel more scared.

Amsterdam 2022
Amsterdam's quirkiness in tone is fun to watch, but it quickly falters by the length of the run time.
I enjoyed the light heartnesses in the beginning, but it over stayed it's welcome by the half way point. The mystery felt in tuned in the paced at first, but once it slowed down it never got back up. There came a point where I kept thinking "every new actor to the story is chewing up scenery".
