  Goodrich 2024

  A bit meandering through the first half but then sucker-punches you with emotion until you find yourself relitigating your own interpersonal regrets. I found Keaton's titular Goodrich to be a little too much like a guy who's trapped you in a conversation at a party who you hope gets pulled into a conversation with someone else so you can politely excuse yourself the fuck away from him.

  Tonight's break from reality. In 2025, it reads like a cautionary tale about self-driving vehicles and a feel-good movie whose heroes put people over profits.
