A fun and clever movie that doesn’t take itself too seriously. Unexpected twists that keep you engaged and entertained ‘til the very end. Big shoutout to Dua Lipa’s second movie moment, even tho it was just one dance number and one action scene and like 10 lines. And of course, what’s a Samuel L. Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom 2023
Surprise surprise, another DC flop. Tries to be a serious superhero movie and have Thor vibes (humor and brotherhood) and tries to make a statement about global warming. Misses all around, jokes don’t hit. Product placement went crazy in the first half, shoutout to Guinness. Does Amber Heard have less of a role in this movie than in the first? Two key helpers of the antagonist are Asian. I wonder if there is any significance in that choice of casting.…
