This movie is a complicated and intriguing exploration of what makes a narcissist and how much power one can wield over their subjects (friends, wives, etc.) great film with interesting shots and incredible acting by all, particularly Andy Griffith. Ironic that he would later become a "lonesome Rhodes" of his own down the line. Proud that my grandpa liked this movie, proves he was as ahead of his time as I hoped.
