i remember seeing the trailer for this movie at the small theater in my hometown back when it came out. i never got the chance to see it until tonight. really thankful that i did. i found this story incredibly moving

was recommended to me by a friend. was extra hooked when i found it’s a sam shepard/wim wenders piece, two of my faves.
an interesting look at transience, and its relationship to cultural/interpersonal relationships.
dialogue and cinematography were standouts for me. the views of the american west left me feeling wowed, alone, and at home all at once.
