No Hard Feelings 2023
not necessarily a bad choice to make the driving force of the plot the gentrification of the hamptons, but a fucking dumbfounding one given that no effort goes into establishing any sort of sense of place or community. there's not even an attempt to flesh out any of the side characters or ground this in any way, so when it comes time to give a shit about the central 'couple' it's pretty hard to care tbh. cracks a good joke once or twice but even here it feels like it's just rehashing ideas that have been done before and better
