  Very poetic. I have seen only a few films that can communicate a character's internal journey to almost the level that a book might.

  I know I have given many reviews where I have said something like, "I love how little dialogue there is," but Hostiles goes a step above. So much thought is put into what the audience will learn from every interaction.

  The beginning is horrific and permits the audience to join the captain's journey at his level.…
