  One of my all time favourite films this. While this kind of dystopia and government control will (probably) never happen, it shows the true power of an idea in a brilliantly entertaining, theatrical and poetic way. Also includes some brilliant lines from V. 

  On a related note, imagine if a government really did invent a virus and release it into the public in order to capitalise on all the chaos and the madne... WAIT A MINUTE

  First Christmas film of the year. And a good one at that. Kurt Russell was excellent as Santa and made the film. 

  Highlight being the singing scene in the jail cell. Top festive stuff.
