My favorite movie by far, the idea that I thought this movie would be about camping and barbie’s problems with Ken. I was so wrong. The movie literally goes over so many things. My fav was probably the metaphors over the supreme court and the allusions to roe v wade. I hope in the future there are more movies like Barbie.

I love how there was queer representation in a south asian movie, and the fact it’s Madhuri Dixit says a lot!
I think the movie touches on stories, a daughter who has a PhD in Sexuality studies, however her flaw is she’s straight, so she never has a coherent understanding on her mothers struggles.
