Literally could not ever watch this again. It is a very effective movie in making you feel uncomfortable and the slow pace of it builds up that feeling of unease. You definitely have to immerse yourself in this movie because you don’t see much but you will be unsettled and near the end I wanted it to be over and was covering my eyes.

The Best Christmas Pageant Ever 2024
Sometimes the most religious and goody two shoes people are the most judgmental and nastiest people ever. I know from personal experience, exactly why I’m no longer religious. So sad to see adults especially bullying children from a tough background. Hard watch, wouldn’t recommend. Also very sexist gender roles in this movie.

I’ve already watched this masterpiece twice in the span of 24 hours. Did I cry both times? Yes. Everything about this film is beautiful.
