The times they are a changing scene made me well up. The way Sylvia and Joan’s facial acting showed how their relationship with Bob was changing and did change was gorgeous. So well done.

The Brutalist 2024
This is a masterpiece next Citizen Kane if you haven’t seen a lot of movies, if you have then it’s very very good.
The first half is lots of fun, engrossing but with little subtext. The second half is slower but rich with subtext that can be summed up by how a lot of Jews feel in integrated societies: “you’re just waiting to get fucked”

Yeah 5 stars. Have you ever made a movie? No. So who are you to judge. Adam Sandler has been employing his friends and making people laugh for over 2 decades what have you been doing? Going on Instagram and playing world of Warcraft I bet.
This FILM is funny. And I mean really funny. There’s also a Tarantino type ensemble of snl cast members and alum. Mr. Sandler has reserved his rightful spot upon the Mount Rushmore of successful transitioning from comedic to dramatic back to comedic acting. Your move Steve carrel.

Very fun. I loved Pedro pascals reluctance, it was the only part of the movie I didn’t know would happen before I walked in the theater.
And you know even though you know what’s gonna happen before it even starts it’s still quite engrossing. Fun movie
