The Elephant Man 1980
I’ve been wanting to see this movie for quite a while, and I was not disappointed. An absolutely beautiful film. There is not one scene in this movie that does not move me. The cruelty to which John Merrick is subjected to, but also the love and affection he receives raises an assemblage of emotions. The cinematography and the black and white aesthetic adds magnificently to the mood behind the film. Highly suggest to those who have not seen it.
