I guess Luca definitely had the goal of portraying internalized homophobia in his own way. No judgement. But I just didn’t find myself fully engaged the whole time, the cinematography was great especially in the first half but the second half sort of lost me.
He definitely expressed the intimacy of a relationship in an abstract way.
