Horns 2013
this will always be my favorite work of daniel’s, it’s just chef’s kiss. the perfect indie horror film. delivers the message beautifully that no one is ever really on your side. everything about it is beautiful, from the cinematography to the plot twists to the ending. def give it a watch i strongly think daniel should be in more horror movies and i will always come back to rewatch this again and again

THE BEST MOVIE OF 2024, the plot twists left me with a headache after watching but 10000% worth it. Im purposely not doing a review with spoilers so i can convince people to go watch it. GO WATCH IT. i’m a huge movie buff even more so thriller/horror literally one of the best movies I’ve ever watched maybe even period. GO WATCH IT!! you won’t regret it!!!

I like the essence of the film, Maxxxine slays so hard but when it comes to the actual slaying it’s lackluster. not the special effects, those are done well and it’s decently gorey but the deaths in the film feel a bit useless and idk if it’s good or bad. she leaves a trail of nothing behind to rise to the top but she doesn’t have anyone by her side by the end of it, all she really wants is to be a star and she shows it. Kinda cunt tho still love her
