  I definitely miss how different Hollywood was back then. This film is good really good! The CGI is good, the acting is marvelous, the chemistry between all the characters is heartfelt and the writing is memorable. This combo simply doesn’t exist anymore in today’s film.

  don’t get me wrong, I liked this film. Every single scene had my attention. I was creating mind maps to see how they were all connected. The different time periods made it magical and added to the Christmas flair. But the ending was a big let down. The film created a whole universe surrounding this house. Connecting all the characters in some form. And yet the ending crumbled by not giving them one big reunion? I wanted that cheesy Christmas reunion. Seeing all three time periods in one scene. i liked the film. Very Christmassy but I wish they all came together

  I tried so hard to believe their story. But all I kept thinking is why don’t they check this woman’s credentials. Also he really didn’t look countish. And he was trying to change all the rules and they’d all just say “Yes”? Couldn’t buy the story.
