I don’t know what I expected but certainly not this. I clicked on a uncomplicated romcom for the evening but I got a bizarre plot where the main heroine is a teen mom struggling with having a child, regretting her past mistakes, ruining her friendship and trying to be a teenager again. Kinda refreshing not gonna lie. Also, her parents were amazing and it made me very happy to see it on the screen. I also liked that the main resolution was not the third act romantic grand gesture.
