The Man Who Knew Too Much 1956
Not BAD but definitely my least favourite of Hitchcock’s work that I’ve covered with my grandma so far. Ambled around at points which made it difficult to fully engage with. Maybe I’d like the original better? Though I do love Jimmy Stewart’s knobby knees

Full of beautiful dresses and so many big hats. I was absolutely enchanted by both Audrey and the swirly, green wallpaper. The blocking for the Ascot race scene was nuts (complimentary). I want to beat Higgins with a hammer
Aside from the obvious misogyny, this probably works beautifully on stage but as a film it gets too boring too often to justify the length
