I Care a Lot 2020
watched this on netflix party w frances nora and becca. this movie was SO FUCKING GOOD. i really liked how all of the characters were very morally questionable (ie has people). i couldn’t help but root for marla and fran tho bc they were my hot lesbian girlbosses (#milfs). i also appreciated the fact that the plot twists made sense and added layers to the story and they weren’t just for shock value. i saw someone on twitter say the movie (esp the ending) was a commentary on late stage capitalism and yeah i see that.
