Definitely a new way to do a movie. The forced perspective isn't something I think I've ever seen before in a film or movie. I wish it had stayed with each timeline a little bit longer instead of jumping around and back and forth. I didn't have enough time to connect with the people or families like you would in a more continuous time flow.

Napoleon 2023
Everything I have learned about Napoleon has been against my will. I still adore the fact that him being short was propaganda made by his enemies but it worked so well we have Joaquin Phoenix having to slouch and sit lower than his cast mates.
I will say I do now want to learn more about Josephine and the rest of the surrounding people that are never given their own sides to any of it. Might look into that.
