White Nights 1959
The aesthetics are very Dosto-like, but the characters attitude...the man sounds like Willy Wonka and the girl is too excited while in the book AT LEAST FOR ME she sounded more cautious and shy in the beginning.
Overall it's a good adaptation but my favorite is still the italian and iranian versions.

I like this one way more than the 2011's adaptation since Mr.Rochester seems less...psychopath??
Her acting was amazing, specially in the scene where they talk on the fields about her leaving. The way she spoke her mind out of a sudden and the way her voice sounded. It hit me hard. Not only that but also the end of the movie was way more touching for me. I love how he cried when he recognized her and this version gave us more details about their life after they met again and got married, which is adorable. This is now my favorite adaptation of Jane Eyre.Translated from by -

Just so you have an english review (from a brazilian), this movie is absolutely amazing. I love how it is...quiet somehow, and the way that things flow...it's not boring, it embraces my very soul and the end, although a bit different from what I imagine happening in the book, is so beautiful(ly sad). I definetely wanna rewatch it at some point. Even though I love the italian adaptation, this one has my heart.
