Sometimes I like to try and guess what happens next, and in this film every time I did the rug was pulled out from under me. I went into this movie basically knowing it was a Thriller/Crime - and after a history of misunderstanding what a Thriller is I have now been taught.
A thriller gives me something to dwell on and leaves a hole in me in return! This film was a well made tragedy and I think a good litmus test for a sense of moral

Some stunning shots and utilisation of 4:3 aspect ratio. The grotesque scenes cause tension and unease while keeping me guessing at how things will unpack.
I feel it strives to be something like Parasite, but was unable to drive a connection to any of the characters. I thought, what if that was the point? But even then, the 'twist' actions of Oliver were so obvious that it not being the case would have been the surprise
