I'm really against abuse in any kinds of relationship but Lily Bloom belongs on the street and I really felt sorry for Ryle. He took a really big step, opened his heart wide for somebody just to be mistreated this way. Why marry somebody when you're not even sure whether you're over your past love, nor can you be open about the meaning of your tattoo.
And the conversation after the labor? For saying those things while the abuser is holding your baby would not end that smoothly in real life. I don't know, bad plot but I enjoyed the first half.

I was wondering the whole time whether this is an American Horror Comedy because what kind of villain would take the time to rinse down the pain in the bathroom when they should be out there chasing down the good guys - also the deaths are somewhat stupid, and their daughter is a spoiled brat. SO NOT gonna watch it again.

It's been a really long time since I last watched a short movie. And this one, is a good start.
The characters are showing the implied emotions they are having. The sadness, the relief, the fear of being judged, and so on.
I must agree to Paul Agusta's testimony on the film's main Instagram, that this movie reminds us that love is all about understanding, accepting, and forgiving even if deep inside it's really hard for you to do so.…

To be a Christian watching this movie, is a challenge. Everything is just super wrong, and right at all the same time - depending on how it is interpreted. For Bibles and verses are meant to be understood deeper, more than what's ever written.
