a masterpiece that comments on the average American life cycle. It symbolizes the American dream and what happens when one doesn’t achieve it and often having to choose between work, love or friends very rarely getting it all. It’s a cautionary tale of what happens when one gets too ambitious. Also comments on the assimilation of immigrants in America and how taxing the process of it all is. Everything important happening in one room is very poetic in nature
