Dune: Part Two 2024
This movie was so amazing, it made me appreciate the first movie of this franchise much more. It is a prime example of the evolving nature of media with its progressive modern storytelling.

The Perks of Being a Wallflower 2012
A beautiful film paying homage to those dealing with trauma and their struggle to “fit in” with normal society. It is only fair that with such morbid subject matter the film took an exhilarating rollercoaster of a finale. I only wish they hinted at the fact that Charlie was abused as a child throughout the film rather than it being such a grand reveal. Mentioning “seeing things”through on screen dialogue between characters was not the best execution of this stunt but it was functional.
