really wanted to like this one, there was no personality to the characters other than what they do for a living and a shitton of sex? it’s not that the pace was hard to follow, it’s more like you’re being edged and then you just never get there

About Time 2013
the rom-com part of this was the father-son relationship, if anything. the immense gratitude i felt after watching this is indescribable. this one was a great reminder of how beautiful it can be to lose and be lost (to me losing & letting go are an act of love & appreciation of what has passed)
i have to say i don’t appreciate the lack of character development for the women, especially mary. felt like the film had two separate plots and one was ran through.

i thought i had an idea on what love was until this came and jabbed me like “hey! here’s what real life actually looks like!” because sometimes it just doesn’t work that way. maybe another life? or maybe never and sometimes that should be okay
