    Very well paced film, and a very interesting premise. The fact this actually happened is a great retrospect into the US government and politics. The cinematography wasn’t crazy amazing, but was still great. McConaughey kills in the role, he’s able to play the southern stubborn character while showing signs of progressiveness and fear. Seeing him counting the days down of his life is terrifying and you feel connected to his pain.

    Maybe this genre oof movies isn’t for me, but I could not stay awake during this film. It has been a minute since I have genuinely not been able to get through a film, but this took the cake for me. The story was so boring. 

    I give this film credit where credit is due, the cinematography was amazing. Save for the grain that occurred on darker scenes, most shots were incredible.
