This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
The lesson here is you can just ramble awkward exposition-laden dialogue introducing characters for 45 minutes, never do anything with the inter-personal dynamics between them and then throw a stupid rubber goo monster in the third act instead of resolving anything in a satisfying or meaningful way. As long as you have neon, lens flares and a synth soundtrack nerds here will eat it up and beg for more.
