  sad that these eat the rich stories have become same story different fonts and so even tho it is different i can’t help but lump it in as another knives out/ready or not/fresh/the menu variant, which is disappointing. loved naomi ackie tho and still an impressive feature directorial debut for zoe kravitz nonetheless

  ok yeah i get it now

  was so locked in for this one lol, had me hooked for all 3 hours! i’m a big complainer of long movies dragging, but this never dragged for me. my jaw dropped, my hands were over my mouth, my heart strings were tugged. christopher nolan, hans zimmer, and hoyte van hoytema are my avengers

  very subtle, intimate, and human way of exploring grief & trauma. kieran & jesse are so relatable & likable, and their characters are so very silly & endearing. pain is real whether it’s a generational trauma or a familial loss and it’s hard to feel and process in all its forms, but it’s better to feel pain than nothing at all
