Yeah that was rough lol. Not all of it made me struggle to keep my eyes open though. Between the mundane sequences of lore (that’s inconsistent with the game) there were some fun moments. I’m not afraid to admit I soyjacked a little for a couple of cameos. Also the animatronics looked really good in this and Matthew Lillard gave a solid performance. This is a movie that holds some entertaining merit but it’s hands keep slipping with its inability to justify its existence. Not excruciating though. Went by quickly (with friends tbf).
