Had no idea this was a musical, and also spoke in the third person.
This felt like a very well financed student film. Plot, dialogue, exposition, shot list and score. SoHo tried to charge a cover for this “fully booked” theater that was actually 7 people. Would not recommend.

She was acquitted and the husband’s cause of death was ruled as a suicide. The plot is deeply harrowing, very tense and shapes a very compelling narrative from both perspectives of the defendant and plaintiff. The boys character is also delicately crafted and has a punchy, twisted coming of age, that packs a comprehensive performance. It’s a very good festival picture.
