rewatched because i can't stop thinking about this movie. the physicality evan rachel wood brings to this character is incredible; the way she gets in the car, the way she slouches and holds her arms in front of her, just perfectly portrays someone who has never been comfortable in their own skin.
on rewatch, some cute things i noticed were melanie fixing old dolio's sleeping bag and later when she was making a bed for her, putting some stuffed animals on the mattress <3
