This film just confirms what I already know: I don't want a man in my house.
Loved: The commitment to American Gothic, pure aesthetic bliss & multilayered conniving/"evil" from the women. Food for thought: I think there's something interesting to interrogate with the way Alicia (Elle Fanning) is the only one who is openly honest about her desire, while everyone else is very pulled back.
