  months ago i responded to a friend who described nosferatu as "challenge mode level film for vampire monster fuckers" with "challenge accepted"

  can now confirm, challenge completed

  also, what an absolute banger. i love a slow creeping dread of a horror experience and i especially love one where everyone onscreen is acting their entire goddamn tits off. cant stop just turning to ben and enthusiastically repeating "i LOVED that"

  all the criticisms of this not really succeeding as a commentary on class are so right and it could have done a lot more. but i had an unbelievably fun time with it and thought it was really good

  so late to this film its actually a fucking joke but wow wow wow wow wow. i have nothing new or exciting or insightful to add but i thought this was fucking excellent

  particularly loved how no holds bard riotous it is from start to almost finish and before delivering a closing scene gut punch i genuinely didnt see coming. stopped my grin in its tracks. what the fuck
