This was so slow and boring. I understood everything they were saying philosophically, but did a l9t of telling not showing. Visually I liked it but it was a movie.

Really damn good movie. So much better than the original (it was silent movie from 1922 but still). Just as warning, it does take time tonget going. The cinematography was great, I'm so glad I saw it in theaters. Also Willem DaFoe was great in this. We love Willem DaFoe in this household.
