  Tremendously mid. I got very bored halfway through. Jenna Ortega mispronouncing Babadook was so cringe. I'm obsessed w Mikey Madison, though so I still give it 2.5stars

  I think I simply need to accept that Miyazaki movies just aren't for me. I'm blown away that anyone could give this mess a 5 star rating. In a way it beautifully highlights our different preferences in art. To me, this was a confused (and confusing) mess of vague themes and boring nonsense
