The Brutalist 2024
Incredible score and Adrien Brody is as good as they say. Sorry to my boy Timothée.
That said, it’s too long a film to keep characters at such a distance. The human elements felt like plot points, a little too cold and distant in a way that parallels brutalist architecture I guess. I enjoyed and admired this, but it was too hard to connect with to really love.
