this did not deserve to win an oscar over wicked.
there were admittedly a few good moments, even small parts of the film that made my heart break for the main characters. selena gomez was fine, karla sofía gascón had some really beautiful acting beats. but a few solid moments do not make an award-winning film.
music ranged from mediocre to downright grating. i liked the ensemble.
