Snowpiercer fucking rules. This movies is not as good as Snowpiercer. M17 is also not as good as Parasite, however, it might be more fun than Parasite. If you like either of those movies, you will enjoy this one.
With a bigger budget Bong tries to tackle too many of his favorite themes and as a result fails to stick the landing on any of them. Hope to see him get another crack at a big budget movie with a more focused direction. Good movie, wish I was watching Snowpiercer instead tho.

I feel bad giving this movie as much as 1 star. This is a VERY VERY bad movie. How was this movie made or written?! Jason Bateman essentially r&pes Jennifer Anniston in an especially weird and fucked up way. His character should be locked up for life for the legitimate crime he commits in this movie. However, the director and writer seem to think this is a funny little goof that is part of a cute love story.

I definitely understood the message of this movie. No I’m serious I understand the message. *crying* please stop hitting me over the head with the giant cartoon mallet I understand the message I swear to god 😭😭😭
In all seriousness this movie is fun. I had fun. It was fine. Some really funny moments but also dragged at times. Not a big fan of musical numbers but these were quite good. Perhaps an extra half star if I hadn’t already seen half the movie through various tweets.
Definitely deserves the Oscar for “Best Chevy Commercial” category
