Longlegs 2024
Grabbed me by the balls and didn’t really let go. Freaked me the fuck out tbh. Incredible performances from the lead actress and from Cage. A personal highlight was how Lee Harker doesn’t take a full breath in the entire time she was on screen. Always on edge and nearly hyperventilating. The build up was SO good, but it the ending doesn’t tie the nice little bow I was hoping for.

Perfect movie for a rainy day. It’s sweet, subtle, stylish, and plenty witty.
It’s a farcical love story for a generation tired of the trope, and it’s done in a really pleasant way. It feels familiar, yet fresh.
This is one of those movies that I can’t wait to watch with my kids one day.
