The Lord of the Rings 1978
Solid visuals with some of the rotoscope animation. Really enjoyed watching this. But the actual film itself leaves a bit to be desired. It's pace is weird and boring and the voice acting could have been better.
But it was worth a watch. Which is pretty much the same to be said for Bakshi's Wizards. So maybe I'm just not a lover of bakshi's story telling.

After Hours 1985
A fun watch.
The least scorcese scorcese film I've seen. But not in a bad way.
I feel like this film was an ode to new York life made by a real new Yorker. I mean, a plaster of paris bagel and cream cheese paperweight, made by a local artist..c'mon.
Griffin dunne was great in this I'm surprised he didn't go on to have bigger roles than he has. Soho seems fun.
Would rewatch.

Kubrick's the hands down master at framing a shot and I think Barry lyndons his best example of it.
Looks unreal from start to finish.
Ryan oneals great.
I reckon Wes Anderson saw this film a thousand times before bottle rocket.Would rewatch
