Adolescence didn't help me be less scared of bringing a boy or a girl into the world, the way young boys think these days is terrifying and this really opened my eyes to the reality of the dangers of social media and building up these numbskulls with weak chins like Andrew Tate, that wee boys seem to idolise.
Great show with amazing performances and the fact it's done in one take each episode is wild. Felt like a play.

I've never been to Auschwitz but the scene when they visit the concentration camp is so raw, especially because they had no music in the background to force any kind of emotion onto the viewer.
Kieran Culkin was phenomenal in this movie, and we're left with so many layers still unfurled. An open-to-interpretation ending I can get behind. As much as this movie has it's funny moments, it's extremely front facing when it comes to how we see ourselves whenโฆ

A terrific noir tragedy wrapped up inside a thriller, glazed with the best shootout-in-a-street.
Not to mention the diner scene is the most I've felt and understood two characters on two opposite sides of the same coin, and the dialogue alone gets away from a cop versus a robber and leaves both Al Pacino and DeNiro as two dudes peeling back the layers and talking about life.
