It took me three days to get through this movie. Every so often I allow myself to be convinced by positive reviews that I’m going to find some enjoyment in a cheaply made, poorly acted, cliche-ridden found footage movie, and once again, I found it to be cheaply made, poorly acted, and cliche-ridden. It is impossible to take this movie seriously. From the incredibly tired “it was just a draft” trope to the least utilized crew member leaving early (his horn has that asshole-fanfare song as he drives off), to the insanely dumb dialogue, this movie is not worth the bandwidth.

Longlegs? More like wide angle lenses, am I right?
This was absolutely dripping with atmosphere. Gorgeous cinematography, brilliant and intentional editing, performances are incredible. This movie is a whole-ass experience and will definitely be toward the top of my end of year favorites list.
