Loved this film, it was really nice to see a truly humanizing and real film about sex workers. The film built up a lot of frustration and pressure within you while keeping it bearable with humour throughout. The whole film we see Ani as a person and seeming no one else does (most importantly Anora herself). The relief that I felt in the last moment when she breaks down and feels the pain she’s experiencing ties the entire experience together…

Just Mercy 2019
one of the most tense and raw emotional stories I’ve ever seen. It builds frustration, fear and anxiety up until the moment where you can’t take it. Only to turn around with an incredibly emotionally satisfying conclusions.
