  A well intentioned send up of SyFy born-to-be-bad movies that nearly steps into what it's lambasting. However, kudos to Dupieux for forcing you to become emotionally involved with a piece of rubber through some intimate shots.

  It's understandable why some people hate this film so much, and it's not necessarily 'wrong' to not appreciate it, but for those who do I feel relief as what Winding-Refn has presented us with here is a beautiful film about ugly things.
