  I can’t believe this masterpiece is considered Kubrick’s most divisive film. Masterfully directed and edited, with commentary that’s as relevant as it was in 1999. As scary and thrilling as anything he’s made, with a perfect soundtrack that exacerbates everything the film is trying to accomplish. I remember watching the cult scene in theatres and seeing all those masks flash across the screen as my heart skipped a beat and knew I was watching one of my all time favourites. Very high 4.5/5
